For a Luxury Women Footwear Designer Brand:

Objective of the position
:  Lead the Company’s sales activities, with specific focus primarily on the US market as well as on the European, Middle East, Oceania (Australia) and Asia Pacific markets                    
- Organize the Market Campaigns four times a year 
- Propose and update sales projections before the beginning of each Market Campaign
- Elaborate a Sales Analysis Report post Market Campaign
- Give permanent feedback to the Studio on the products and the response of the customers
- Participate to the elaboration of the Merchandising Plan with the Studio by giving concrete inputs and feedback on models, materials and colours per region 
- Identify on a continuous basis new business partners or channels in Europe, Asia and US
- Negotiate the pricing with different business partners to maximize the profit margin
- Monitor the sell-thru of each POS and drive the replenishment to avoid out of stock 
- Determine and monitor the retail price and discount offered to end-consumer
- Ensure compliance of the planogram and shelf display with standard set out by Aperlai
- Facilitate the product communication and provide product training to the business partner or the sales staff 
- Propose and encourage joint Marketing initiatives to the business partners in order to support their sell thru and give brand visibility on their market
